Change of Plans


There has been a slight change of plans for my weight loss goal! I'll still be shaking my peanut, just to a different tune for a while! Going into this blog I thought I was going hard core, get shredded and make a total 360 lifestyle when it comes to making the the right food choices and being fit! I have gotten some unexpected news which I will elaborate on a little later but my focus will be consistency, making the right food choices and doing something active EVERYDAY!!!
GOAL ONE: Find a good food and exercise program and stick with it! 
GOAL TWO: Decide where I want to be in 90 Days weight wise!
GOAL THREE: Be consistent, and don't give up!!!

Shake Your Peanut!!!

I know the name of my new blog is quite bizarre but it comes from, I'm totally hooked on all things shakes and peanuts and my sons love for Disney, Shake, Shake, Shake, Shake your peanut!!! :))) Smoothies, shakes and anything you can drink, I am obsessed with!!! This has led to me wanting a more fit lifestyle as well and from experience I know the importance of documenting journeys!!! In my career field before and afters speak volumes and stories sell!!! So what better way to document the journey and hold myself accountable than a blog!!! I'm ready to commit!!! I have a fit goal just like a life or career goal!!! It's big but I plan on Getting there!!! My goal is to lose 50 lbs and shred down to about 10% body fat!!! It will be a long journey but an amazing one!!! Hopefully one that will be a life changer for me! Here we go!!!



When you are healthy, happy and you look & feel good, you are much happier in more ways than one!!! Who doesnt need a little more of that!!! Action starts tomorrow when I awake!!!
