Change of Plans


There has been a slight change of plans for my weight loss goal! I'll still be shaking my peanut, just to a different tune for a while! Going into this blog I thought I was going hard core, get shredded and make a total 360 lifestyle when it comes to making the the right food choices and being fit! I have gotten some unexpected news which I will elaborate on a little later but my focus will be consistency, making the right food choices and doing something active EVERYDAY!!!
GOAL ONE: Find a good food and exercise program and stick with it! 
GOAL TWO: Decide where I want to be in 90 Days weight wise!
GOAL THREE: Be consistent, and don't give up!!!
